Last season saw Bayern Munich firing with all guns, claiming the German title with ease. Still, some lackluster performances in the UEFA Cup saw them crushing out after a 4-0 defeat to eventual winners Zenit.
So, Jurgen Klinsmann replaced Ottmar Hitzfeld and will try to guide Bayern to the latter stages of the competition. Lucky for him, Bayern seem to be far better than any other team in the group and as such will probably qualify with ease.
Bottom line: Bayern started the season quite poorly, but should easily top this group.
